If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that VANCE MICHAEL is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. VANCE MICHAEL and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Returns

Returns must be authorized by VANCE MICHAEL. If you would like to return an item from your order, please email orders@vancemichael.com to begin a Return Authorization with “Order #XXX - Return” in the subject line. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of your order and items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, free of damage, with tags attached and in its original packaging to be eligible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including but not limited to swimwear/underwear, limited release products, and custom pieces (such as special orders or personalized items). We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Upon authorization of the return, customers will be provided with a shipping label. Please ship the return within 7 days of receipt of the label. Depending on your financial institution, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@vancemichael.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back to us without frist requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current COVID-19 Global Pandemic, we will be unable to process exchanges for the time being.**

In certain situations, we may be able to exchange damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the proper item or size for free within 15 days of the order being placed. Please note, we are unable to provide exchanges for international orders. For international exchanges, we ask that you initiate a return and place a replacement order.

It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be written in English.
